Our Store Support team receives messages every day about orders, quality, and everything in between. We’re always glad to help but to make things easier for everyone, we wanted to share answers to some of the questions we see most often.
My order status hasn’t updated what’s going on?
If your order seems stuck in processing, it’s usually because it’s still being made or packed for shipment. Some products take a little longer depending on design or fulfillment location.
If it’s been a while and you haven’t seen an update, the best step is to reach out through the Contact Us page. Our team can check your order status and make sure everything’s on track.
I received the wrong item what should I do?
Every now and then, our fulfillment partners send what we like to call a “surprise item” by mistake. If that happens, send us a few photos of what you received, along with the packing slip. We’ll review it and get a replacement shipped to you as soon as possible.
Why did I only get part of my order?
Some of our items are created and shipped from different facilities, which means your order might arrive in multiple packages. If you haven’t received tracking information for the remaining items, just let us know. We can provide the additional details and confirm shipment status.
I never got a confirmation email or text what now?
This can happen if there’s a typo in your contact information during checkout. Reach out to us so we can verify your order and update your details.
If your order wasn’t fully completed, you may notice a pending charge this typically clears within 24 hours. But if it doesn’t, or if you’ve been charged for an order you didn’t intend to place, please contact us right away so we can resolve it.
