Shipping policy

Our fulfillment time average is 2–5 business days for non-apparel products and 2–7 business days for apparel products.

As of July 2021 this means that your order is shipped out on average between 2-7 days. Please take into account that due to the ongoing special times in the world exceptions can occur.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your shipping address.

International Shipping

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

We do not take responsibility for customs fees but we try to inform you the best we can during the checkout process.

Delivery & Claims

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
