This Starboat lightweight, sun-blocking hoodie is leaps and bounds better than previous NSF hoodies you’ve offered. The implementation of the NSF Merch store is similarly orders-of-magnitude better than with previous items I ordered. Remember when Ship 37 successfully launched, and successfully re-entered after Ship 36’s fireball at Massey’s? I ordered one each of the black hoodies to commemorate both Flight 10 (the Phoenix patch) and the re-entry. The artwork was beautiful, but the iron-on was the pinnacle of crap! Further, I never received an invoice for that order, either via email or in the package. I never got the Flight 10 patch or the Shrug patch I also pre-ordered that night. It was as if the shopkeeper software said: you should forget about this little situation, just like we are.” It’s kinda hard to follow up with “customer service” without any record of the purchase. As an aerospace photographer and flight test engineer, I’m still quite happy I’m able to contribute to your work, and will enthusiastically continue doing so. I’m tremendously impressed with your Merch turnaround. Keep it up! I’ll keep looking for those patches on eBay.
