The wrong shipping address is on my order. What do I do?
First things first , please contact us as soon as you notice the shipping information is incorrect. There’s a very short window where we can make changes before your order is packed and on its way. Timing is everything here, and we want to make sure your gear lands at the correct destination safely.
My order says it was delivered, but I can’t find it. What can I do?
If your order status shows “DELIVERED” but the package seems to have gone missing, we recommend reaching out to the carrier first. They can often provide more details on where it was left or open a lost-mail investigation if needed. In many cases, it’s just hiding nearby check with neighbors, porches, or mailrooms before launching a search party.
Will patches come back in stock?
This one’s a big one and the short answer is no. Our patches are limited runs, and once they sell out, they don’t return. So, make sure you stay up-to-date grab yours when you see them go live, and keep building your collection!
My patch hasn’t been delivered, and they’re sold out. What do I do?
If your patch seems to be taking the scenic route through the postal system, reach out to us! We’ll do what we can to help track it down. While we can’t always decode the mysteries of the mail pipeline, we do keep a few patches reserved just in case a package is declared lost ,so no worries, we’ve got you covered.
