You've been waiting for patches. We know. Here's the deal:
Some of you ordered two patches in the same order... the Shrug patch and the Flight 9 patch. Makes sense. In order to keep the shipping costs lower... the warehouse was holding the Flight 9 patch until the Shrug patch arrived... and it was going to send them both in a single shipment.
Unfortunately, the production of the Shrug patches was delayed a bit, not long, just a couple of weeks... but now... THE WAREHOUSE IS CLOSING DOWN. When it came time to ship the Shrug patches to the warehouse to get all the orders flowing... they wouldn't accept them. Said "No Can Do", they're not accepting new stock, they're closing. Thanks for the heads up, warehouse. That left all the orders you've been waiting on, stranded in limbo. Not cool.
We could have had the warehouse package and ship all the products to our new warehouse... but that may have taken weeks, and kept your patches from you even longer. Even more not cool. And what if all the patches were lost or damaged in shipping. Yikes.
So here's the deal: We're mounting a rescue mission. Dan and Jack are DRIVING TO THE WAREHOUSE to knock on the door themselves and pick up the patches. They're going to PERSONALLY DELIVER them to the new warehouse, where the Shrug patches are arriving... and all the orders can start going ASAP. We don't want you to wait even longer. We don't want these patches to get mishandled or delayed in a bulk shipment. Jack and Dan have until Friday to get from Starbase to Indiana, by way of Dallas.Â
